Provecho is an app that helps families plan meals, groceries and healthy habits using artificial intelligence. By creating an account and using the app, you accept these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for the information you record about your family. You must be of legal age to create an account; profiles of minors are managed by their parents or guardians.

Plans, recipes, lab result analyses, calorie estimates and guides (including baby feeding) are general guidance generated by AI and may contain errors. They do not replace the assessment of a doctor, dietitian or pediatrician. Always consult a health professional before making important decisions, especially regarding pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness, allergies or infant feeding.

Provecho Plus is an auto-renewing subscription purchased inside the app. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase and renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings.

Do not use Provecho for unlawful purposes, do not attempt to breach the security of the service, and do not record other people's data without their consent.

The content you create (profiles, plans, photos) is yours. You grant us permission to process it in order to provide the service. AI results are generated automatically and we do not guarantee their accuracy.

We do our best to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions, changes or discontinued features.

Provecho is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service or from decisions made based on its content.

We may update these Terms; we will publish the new date above.
